Yehuda Bruck has exclusively practiced criminal and family law since 2003. Yehuda served as a judicial clerk at the Kings County Supreme Court while attending Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, NY. Later, he worked for the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, and the Kings County DA's Office.
Yehuda subsequently relocated to Florida and accepted a position at the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney where he handled thousands of criminal prosecution cases, ranging from misdemeanors and driving under the influence (DUI) charges to homicide. During his years as a prosecutor, Yehuda took part in more than 50 jury trials to verdict. After gaining such invaluable experience, Yehuda began his career as a private attorney. He has successfully handled criminal cases in state and federal courts across Florida and in many states around the nation.
Yehuda, who has been featured on shows such as The First 48, After the First 48, truTV, and CNN, partnered with Dustin Tischler to create a client-centric boutique law firm concentrating on criminal law and family matters. As a criminal defense attorney, Yehuda has defended thousands of individuals charged with various crimes from misdemeanors to murders. As a family attorney, Yehuda has handled cases across the spectrum of family matters from simple divorces to highly contentious child support and divorce cases involving children and large assets.
Yehuda takes pride in resolving cases in a dignified and prompt manner.
Yehuda is an avid runner who has completed more than 70 marathons and half marathons and is a middle of the pack ultra-marathoner who has completed trial races such as the Kati'cina Mosa 100K Mountain Run in Springville, UT, and the Black Canyon Ultra 100k in Mayer, AZ.

Dustin Tischler, who was born in West Palm Beach, Florida and raised in Spring Lake, New Jersey, graduated with honors from Florida State University with a B.A. in Finance in 2002. Dustin subsequently attended the University of Miami School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor Degree with highest honors in 2006.
While in law school, Dustin received the "Book Award" for most outstanding student in both Advanced Criminal Procedure and Fourth Amendment Search and Seizure Seminar. During this time, he also worked as a certified legal intern with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. Dustin was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007 and has based his legal practice in Florida ever since.
Following graduation, Dustin accepted a position with the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney, where he prosecuted thousands of cases over a span of three years. As an assistant state attorney, Dustin tried approximately 40 jury trials, worked countless bench trials, and handled all types of criminal matters, including drug trafficking, armed robbery, sexual battery, murder, and driving under the influence (DUI) arrests. In 2009, Dustin left the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney to pursue the practice of criminal defense and family law.
Dustin is admitted to both the Florida Bar and the Federal Southern District of Florida.
